AD suggestion

Ok after thinking about it for a few days, I have an idea that may be viable for removing ADs from leadership.

My suggestion is to make all quest give back ADs proportional to the exp the quest gives. If each quest gives ADs then you still have a purpose for leveling/keeping your alts. I figure you need to give around 1-2k ADs per quest at level 70. This gives a huge advantage to people who actually play and level their characters.

No leadership army is needed and for the high level people, you can figure out which quests to run quickly like the dread ring to maximize your AD output. Each character is still limited 24k AD per day. If this is done, I think most people who play 2 to 4 hours a day could max out their AD on 1 to 4 characters.

Anything that is done will not stop the bots it will only slow them down. This should slow them down.

Without seeing their new fixed cost price structure (GMOP, wards etc), there is no way to come up with a workable suggestion.

As things stand, the 24K AD limit per day is the issue. People created leadership armies to get around that limit because
1 - fixed costs are HUGE
2 - it would take over 8 years to get even close to BiS due to the 24K AD limit with only 5 characters. I forget the exact numbers but 24K a day is a pittance when you need 16 coalescent wards and tons of GMOPS to upgrade things.

So giving out RAD doesn't solve anything at all. GMOPS and wards need to drop in price by a factor of 20.

It's like trying to sell luxury cars to rice farmers in a 3rd world country that get paid $1 a week.

Sorta. The last part is very true though. They could also make it so you got a lot more AD (from playing) along with reducing prices as well. Presuming they raised the limit that is. Or if some were not RAD and actual AD.
