The best Race/Gender Combination for a GWF and the best primary Companion?

My Level 61 GWF is a 1/2 Orc Male. His primary companion has been a Barbarian Shaman who is presently maxed out.
I have recently started a Dragonborn Male GWF. He has not reached a high enough level to legitimately have a companion (he has not yet reached Level 11) but due to all my characters being "Heroes Of The North" he travels with a Panther companion.
Your thoughts/experiences?

Halfling for PvP
Companion (only relevant in PvE) Ioun Dragon Stone (only aviable for 60 Silvery Dragon Scales) 2nd option: Stone of Radiance (legacy) 3rd option: Stone of Might/Allure
You want a 2 offensive slot 1 defensive slot augment since you can slot 1 Eldritch Runestone and get insane amounts of Crit from your companion and thats important for your 100% Crit Build which is by far the best PvE build.
Human for balanced play style
Halfing for more defense
These 4 races can all perform decently well in PvP, go for Dragonborn/Orc/Human if you are more into PvE, these 3 races are more offensive and is just whats needed for PvE.

ioun stone of radiance, black dragon,might at legendary
dancing blade (purple)
erinyes of belial (purple)
Cambion Magus (if you can get your hands on one but they are ridiculous expensive)
Air Archon (purple)
Blink dog or intelect devourer are good subs if you cant get all of those
Or am I better off with a Radiance = 3 offensive slots?
Read some calculations somewhere that put an maxed Eldritch at better numbers than an offensive runestone, can't seeem to find it now though...
Also, that might have applied to some other class/build...
The chicken is supposedly great, but since I play on XB1 that isn't happening for a loooong time I guess...

Chicken and Radiance are good if you want Power through Bonding Runestones. The Assumption on 1x Eldritch and 2x Profane for a crit build is M6 content and speaking of Rank 12 Enchants. The Cat is cute, but the bonus is irrelevant.

Erinyes of belial
Cambion Magus
Air Archon
Last one optional all 3 have the same dps increase:
dancing blade /earth archon /death slaad

The Race pick is actually pretty damn important. A half orc with 5% crit severity easily translates into 5% more dps on a GWF. While Human literally even looses damage as GWF since he only has +2 in one ability score. This isnt a MMO were you just roll your ability scores for fun, they are extremely relevant!
