Forced Respec Only Returned Partial Points

The forced respec with the elemental evil update failed to return all points in skills and feats on my Cleric, Patrin.
It worked fine for my four other characters.
Any chance I could get a respec push for that character as opposed to having to suck it up to lvl 70?

    I think I had the same issue with my Scourge Warlock, I had fewer paragon points after the update.

    I had the same thing happen on 1 of my 2 characters, one got full respec, one got partial. It's completely ridiculous. I submitted a ticket and they said they were 'investigating' the issue and that was it.....:(

    Yeah I had the same thing. @kelvinarc you did not miss paragon points. There was an extra colom added so you could not finnish with the same amount of paragons up until the end. I had the same issue on my CW and had to respec myself. To get some out of another path.

    Well team thank you for the respec. It was pushed to the wrong character on my account, but I appreciate that an administrator was listening to the bug reports

    Well I don't know what to do.... I have tried contacting "customer support" and have gotten the "you are **** out of luck" sounding" message of - Its been given over to the developers and there is nothing more we can do/say-
    So I will try here and hope for some answers...
    Main Problems:
    1) Toons did NOT get respec... just a few points of paragon feats got golled back - not full feats or any skills/stats
    This is a problem as my toons at 60+ have gained a number of additional skill points that had to be used in the old structure and have used many (i think as amny as 10 or so) skill points on unwanted skills just to use them up... these points could be MUCH better used on the new power structure. In any case I am only praying/working crafting on these toons because they are broken.

    2) New Paladin I made (due to not being able to play my old toons until fixed...) Is great, however My -Purchased Item- the "Heirloom Pack) has not been giving the advertised items for this class. This is especially bad since this is the only toon I play because of the broken/in limbo (see number 1 above) status of my other toons. Its especially disapointing since now my Paladi is getting ever closer to the lev 50 mark where the product stops working anyway. So basicaly I have had no use of this purchased item for the toon at all....

    It is my hope that I can get some "official" word from a developer or other entity with this company as to what I can expect to happen to repair the situation... if any... because im starting to feel a little left out in the cold here. I have a lot of time and yes, even money, invested in the game already even though I have only been playing just over a month. But im retired and disabled and this has been an enjoyable use of my time. Thanks in advance for what I hope will be a timely and well recieved answer to my questions/troubles.

    Well they pushed the respec for my Cleric Patrin, so thank you very much Admins.
    @kingchazman - I'm having the same issues with the heirloom pack on my Paladin as well. Have you made a post about it outside this thread? Perhaps they'll listen and try to fix it as well. Or maybe in the next update.
