Wrong Artifact weapon

I noticed there is to artifact weapons for level 70 devoted cleric. My friend ended up getting the one that had life steal in it. I was wondering how he can change that weapon to the one that has recovery. Please let me know how you can get this weapon exchanged I appreciate all your time

    you can do the same thing you did your tyranny of the dragons and choose the lvl 70 for a new one.

    use those cube of augmentation from bazaar to change feats.

    Cubes only change feats not stats
    We are looking at the stats thank you for the replies.
    any other suggestions

    go to the tyranny of dragons campaign and start a new artifact weapon build will take 20 hours and you need the dragon gem, bone and steel just like before. When it finishes you get a choice of the lvl 60 dragon artifact or lvl 70 elemental artifact.

    There are 2 weapons? I thought there was only 1 for each class now?

    as said above, use the cubes of augmentation from bazaar.
