about experience booster question

whatever exp booster and the epic one,what does it mean by "with this boost,the new character will get to level 70 twice as fast as they would otherwise" ? but i have bought an experience booster, when i created a new char ,why it doesn't get twice exp before lv60?how can i active it?

    You should be able to find it in your inventory and double-click on it. It will then ask you to "Use it" or something like that. You say OK, and it works. I never used the $50 one. The smaller ones look like open scrolls, if I recall.

    i bought the one of 900zen,i used it in my inventory and it works,but i says, "the new character will get to level 60 twice as fast as they would otherwise", i don't know how to let it work on my new char.thx

    LOL you had to activate in your new character not on your old character
