why do i only have 20 heroic feats

My dc on new mod 6 is supposed to have 23 heroic feats?? all mod 6 builds im looking at have any help???

    Did you do a race change? Only humans get 23, all others get 20.

    That'll do it. You get an extra 2 ability points over human, so it is a good trade.

    for DC, the extra ability points and other racial bonuses is better than having the 3 extra feat points.
