Icewind Dale L60 but locked?

Maybe the description is just wrong but when you go to a door to travel and see the list of places, Icewind Dale says it is level 60 but is locked - is that an old description from PC and it's really L70 or am I missing a trick somewhere?

    Old leftover, all new zones and WOD are now level 70.

    Yeah, you pretty much have no choice of content until you reach 70.

    They didn't bother to change this for the xbox version when it was brought over from the PC.
