Locating Mercenary faction of the Drow Bregan D'aerthe

I have some issues locating the Drow mercenary group in the Tatters neighborhood of blacklake district. I rode my steed all over the Tatters neighborhood, seeking my Drow brethren, but could not find the mercenary operative through the thick forest of enemies there. No one on zone chat would assist me either. So I thought I might ask the forum, as I found this invite from the system mail from the Bregan D'aerthe. Perhaps another Drow has been successful in locating the operative. Thank you. :)

    I believe he's just to your right as your walk out from the archway leading back to the NPC camp. Look for a drow slouched up against the wall.

    He is drow... and hard to find. His is where ironzerg said he will be... in a partial shadow too.​​
