But you are not accepting help and no answer is good enough for you. Also, if you are asking others, all you'll receive is a generic answer, because the most common is generic. Or what do you think, there is some super secret combination people are keeping for themselves and are keen to share only with you? Or what's the plan?

i listen to all answers im just not trying to gear for support im looking at not getting the sigils i dont care about cost im just not sure of endgame stats on gear to get all the information that i need

The 4th is optional because it all depends whether or not you've reached 7000 arpen and if you have around 65% crit chance unbuffed or not. According to that, you pick the artifact that gives you the stats you still need.

The Cleric Artifact's active is incredibly strong, at Mythic, it restores your AP to 100% and has a cooldown of 60 seconds. Allows you to spam Oppressive Force / Ice Knife frequently. It only gives Power/Defense/Incoming Healing Bonus, but the active makes up for it. This is the best Artifact you can get.
The Lostmauth's Horn of Blasting is a must have, the set effect accounts for 30% +- damage increase. It gives Power/Armor Pen/Control Bonus, all of these stats are useful to you, especially armor pen, which is going to help you hit the 7000 arpen requirement for the 60% resistance ignored stat. Up to that point, as a lvl 70, each 100 armor pen means 1% damage increase to you.
Lanter of Revelation is just an ordinary artifact with Armor Pen/Crit Chance/Combat Advantage. All of these stats are important to you.

The last, 4th Artifact is up to you. If you are missing Armor Pen, then get one with Armor Pen, if you are missing Crit Chance, then use one with Crit Chance. Once you reach a point where you are sitting at 65%ish crit chance (should be at around 14.000 crit chance) and 60% armor penetration (7000 armor pen), then you can start dumping every other offensive stat into power.

The reason why noone gives a straight answer about which armor parts to use is because it all depends on your stats. If you are going over the goals I mentioned above, you can switch out certain armor parts to counter-balance it. If you have 7800 armor pen, you can simply remove an armor part that gave you 800 or so and use one that gives more power or other stats. Artificial soft and hard caps are removed, now most of it depends on how you play around with the stats on your items to get a healthy amount of everything.

Lantern has CA, crit and ArP.

Because it costs 4 million AD. I wouldn't buy anything that expensive given that prices could drop pretty hard after the leadership change.
