(PC) Zen Purchase Problems

Has anyone got a problem buying Zen, currently I don't seem to be able to buy any , when I click pay it drops me ito a screen that says "OPPS CANT FIND THAT PAGE ON ARC, CHECK URL" its realy annoying as I need a coalescent ward to do an upgrade. Is anyone else experiancing this problem????

    I only used the arc site for the free first time buyers pack, ever since I use the steam wallet and no you don't need to play the game with steam to utilize it. Steam is way more secure and larger than any games personal site.

    Steam may be secure, but if you use it to buy zen any purchases you make will be bound-to-account (until you are taken off probation, which can take days or weeks), so buyer beware.

    Can't help you on the arc site, I purchased zen when VIP program started with no issues, but haven't bought any recently.

    I cannot use the steam wallet to purchase zen right now. Its saying the previous purchase is still being processed and I haven't spent anything yet.
