Lost questline, mount and rewards

I was in a party with one other player leading. He followed the questline with out me getting his rewards, and free mount token, my questline ended after returning stolen jewelry. I have no reward and no mount quest or token and no further quests from sargeant knox, I don't know what to do to aquire the questline again. The npc sgt knox has a speech bubble on the map and when I click him there is only one option to say goodbye. I looked into something and it said knox has incoming quest, but I don't know why it does not give an option for it. I am a little confused about this, and if anyone knows how to help it would be much appreciated.

I don't know if this is the right thread for this so I apologize ahead of time.

You don't say what level you are but try going to Blacklake District on the world map and talk to the first guy you see there.

like defiantone99 said, if you level up further quests will appear to you automatically......kill mobs, run skirmishes and dungeons, do anything that gives you XP...

k I did skirmishes, and I was level 9 now I'm level 10 (ten) Ranger, though that still does not explain why, when I took the "Dragonborn" quest and the "Orb" quest and completed it would not give me any reward or moreover a way to turn in my quest. I was looking all over trying to find where to turn in the "Orb" quest and it wasn't showing up on my tracker or any pixie dust trail, nothing. I should get credit for my orb quest at least.... :(

The orb quests gives you some xp right away, when you activate the last of the three orbs.
And i think the same goes for the Dragonborn quest, you talk to the Dragonborn General in PE and get some xp, but that is it.

Regenerde is right, some quests award you automatically without needing to turn anything in. Unless you look at your exp bar before and after completing the quest, it's not obvious that you got an award -- but you did.

And about a mount, just run a few Blacklake Skirmishes, when they are "featured" and you're rewarded with Raw Astral Diamonds for it. Refine the RAD, and then use the Astral Diamonds to buy a nice horse from the Auction House for 1-2k AD.
