Technically impossible....even though its already in game for GG. Sure.

What they really meant to say was "We reviewed putting a queue system in for Tiamat. We realized if this happened the event would become trivial, and therefore we decided that it was technically impossible."

That said...Id suggest allowing people to queue from anywhere. This would be a good start. Queuing as a group would be helpful but would essentialy force guilds even more.

For me it looks like Dragonflight is Tiamat 2.0 - what they (and players) wanted Tiamat to be - moreover.

    Also:

I think this too. Level 4 Tiamat + people from good Tiamat channel = yesterday I beat Tiamat 3 times and managed to get a reward from losing - and thats only because we had some delays with filling spots and zones were slow to open, otherwise it would be 4 Tiamat victories in 25 minutes, all done with killing Tiamat in 1st stage of heads.

On the other hand - If you enter totally randomly you actually have to fight to carry all the undergeared people farming boons for their new alts - sometimes you cant win no matter what you - and that gives impression its challenging.

Well let me see, if you implement a check on the queue system to look at the same guild as you are, then it should work even if the max number of players is 25. From a programming standpoint, you could wrap it in a single check. When the required number of players met, it should lock in. I would also remove the hourly event and make it a guild queue under SH. Now for smaller guilds and solo players, there should be a checkbox to indicate you are part of a small guild next to the queue so when you click that, it system looks at the global tiamat queue system instead of guild. If you don't want the checkbox them make a guild queue button and global queue button. Should make everyone happy.
