Cant loot Dungeon Chests

Anyone else has the Problem that he cant loot any Dungeon chests ? everytime i try it claims my inventory would be full while its not there is lots of room ? and yes i have lots of Keys for em ^^
Anyone has an solution for this ?

    Did you make sure there's nothing in your overflow bag?

    Yes i did and i found the solution now dunno why but the Game wanted to Place the item in my third bag which was actually full so i made room in every bag i had and suddenly it worked =)
