unable to get a free companion from promo, they ran out of key numbers

i saw today about getting new pet, and only to find out, they dont have any key numbers left.
why it is so limited??? this happen again last year or while ago.
still short on key numbers??? come on guys, this seem a dirty trick.

    Are you talking about Renegade Illusionist? Here is the key to get it for free without limit: fbyjHBUe
    This code still working and gives you the same companion but you do not have to worry about code limits.

    I assume this is about the Mystic Phoeras they were giving out on twitter? This is just something that happens now and then.

    This topic in PC discussions it is can not be about Phoera because that promo is only for X1 players. (Bad english.)

    Then what companion are you talking about? All the old promo companions were limited. My point still stands.

    He is talking about this promo. This promo gives you a code for a Renegade Illusionist free companion but the codes are limited. But you can get this companion without limit with this code (fbyjHBUe) so it is a useless giveaway from this site.

    It also says that there's a few keys given out PER DAY there. One could just check back tomorrow for another chance.

    I've also noticed that if someone has a job in the real world, they should pretty much figure they will never get a companion. Since the kick off of this event I've checked before going to work and after returning from work and all I ever see is "ALL KEYS HAVE BEEN SENT OUT" "Download our app so we can spam you... err I mean so you can get your keys faster.

    I know but it is unnecessary if you can get it without check the mmosite everyday for chance to get a code.

    I went to the site soon after I saw the news on the arc site, was lucky enough to get a key. Unfortaunatley I wasnt able to try to enter the key into arc until later in the day, when I did it said that the key was invalid. Tried arc support, two days later I was told that my key must have been old/outdate. LOL ok so I get the key the day the promotion started, and tried to put it in the same day and it is already old/outdate, I think customer service/support just didnt want to deal with it.

    You also get an invalid key error sometimes randomly. Try logging completely out of Arc, then logging back in.
