Fix the servers!

It seems to be just a small amount of players but the game has been unplayable for four days now!

60 second server not respondings every 3 minutes
rubberbanding when the server is "responding"

Everyone else is playing just fine, as a coder how is this even possible?

Put in a support ticket, if this isn't resolved by Monday even I, a hardcore Neverwinter fan am done.

    This has also been happening to me since yesterday. The game is unplayable. Spawn in Protector's Enclave and watch the notice "server not responding" until it kicks me. I have reset my router and hard reset my Xbox a couple times. Out of my guild it has hit all of the U.S. players. All UK gamers are playing as usual. Please look into this Arc.

    they dont care and i just talk to xbox and all they say is they dont make the game or control the servers.just take it as it is.

    Server not responding since Friday afternoon here in Illinois. Guildmate in Minnesota also affected. This blows!!

    I might not go as far as never playing again, but I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that I really needed this weekend's double enchantments. Trying to level all my gear before Elemental Evil expansion on 8 Sept. Has anyone heard of Arc extending the promo?

    This is BS. Havent been able to play for days now. Other friends in US are playing fine. People in other parts of the world playing fine. Only a select few are effected. I can't do anything in game. I just end up dying and I wanted to farm as much RP before they release the next mods. I know they plan on nerfing DH enchants and this just slows my progress to zero. If I hadn't invested so many hours into game, I'd quit. I was hoping for a fix today being a weekday but they leave us with no feedback on an update.

    On a side note, went to sleep and woke up. Game is working miraculously now.

    In-case your were not updated. This was probably a result of the "Level 3" backbone outage.
