Cavalier title missing?

I have been looking for this for a few minutes now... and there is no obvious place to get it from. It was supposed to come with the free gift.
"85K Trailer Views | Neverwinter Vanguard Pack + Cavalier title | 8/27"
I know this is not a game breaking problem but it bothers me.

Has anyone found out how to get this?

    I've been having the same issue. Apparently you were supposed to get it after logging out + back in after claiming the vanguard pack, which is available in the zen market under 'free', but it didn't work for me nor a number of other people.

    Same here - I claimed the Vanguard Pack but did not get the title either. Not game-breaking, but I like my titles, and hate it when you're supposed to get something and then don't. :(

    I claimed the vanguard pack yesterday (8/27), even opened it, logged out and in multiple times and still did not receive the Cavalier title. Would really love to get this title.

    This is a known issue, and will be resolved at some point. I spoke to Andy about it yesterday. People will get their titles, but it may take some time to get things resolved with everything else that's going on right now.

    Ok, cool, thanks. Was hard to get information since the forums have been down. No one in-game seem to know yesterday :|
