Reset of SH quests

Here (GMT+2) the quests reset at 12:00. Today I finished the SH quests at 08:00 and then, when I went back to get them (at 12:30), the quests of the Master of the Coin and the Builder were not available for 23 h 30 mins. Is this an intended change or a bug? Until now I had no problem doing the quests before 12:00 and then, the new ones, after 12:00.

    That could mean you havent done quests they gave you a couple days ago and would give them again today - ask other people what are todays Master of the Coin / The Builder dailies - I cant remember and dont have access to game right now - and see if you dont have them in log.

    The new quests are there. But I cannot get them because it said I had to wait 23 h 30 min. And the reset was 30 min before. I have no pending quests from them. Thanks Ventris.
