Artifact belt for DO/Righteous build?

What's the current consensus on which artifact belt for a DO Righteous build? Can you give me 2 choices in order of preference? Mainly because some of the belts are not very easily obtainable--at least for me (Valindra/etc)?

    Golden Belt of Puissance (for the Lostmauth set) - The damage from this set can't be ignored and the Strength is pure crit chance added. Also, Power/Crit/ArPen, ArPen not being easy to build for a DC.

    Greater Girdle of Strength - Once again, each point of STR is a 1% crit chance, which most Righteous Builds want to proc Fire of the Gods. Also stamina regeneration for the awesome invulnerable dodge. Lastly, Power/ArPen/Deflect (Most importantly ArPen like above).
