Servers Down AGAIN !!!

You are having large scale stability issues! It seems every time you FIX something or ADD something the game gets LESS stable. You are telling people to jump through hoops just to LOG ON, load times are increasing just to change characters, we are booted off the server just going to the choose character screen, and now the server crashes. Get it together, None of the NON ARC games I play have these issues.
