Solution after start-up game crash

Hi. Today when i was running Neverwinter i got on start crash. I wanna to give solution how i was fixed this.

Firstly. We need to delete GamePrefs from localdata of game path. File localization:
cd5ec4dcc2.png

When we delete config of game then please run your Neverwinter Launcher go in Options and click "Safe Mode".

Engine should again create default GamePrefs so after this you need change again all graphic/ui/audio settings.

    i have problem to login game .. problem is display driver nvidia windows kernel mode driver version 340-52 stopped responding and has successfully recovered have all new drivers .. and win update /windows 7/ somebody help ??

    @koolywampus What do you mean?
    @coraxxus What GPU do you have? Is this problem do you have in anothers games? Try delete current drivers with special program then try install older/beta drivers. Somehow current yours drivers may be corrupted.

    I'm still having the issue. Please fix the game, it was working fine before the bad patch...

    Fatal Error: file header extends past end of .hogg, probably corrupt .hogg file! #: 12
    someone can help me with that?

    Use force verify to fix coruppted files. This option you have in Launcher Options.
