Double Black Ice Enhancement

Hi,

I am looking for the enhancement that my pickaxe harvest double as much black ice. I am not talking about the upgrade you can purchase in the Zen-Market. I mean the enhancement. Like the Truesilver enhancement that speed my pickaxe up.
Do you know where i can find it? Unlike the Truesilver Enhancement i can't find the other one in the auction house.
