Hi guys, first of all, i want to say english isn't my language, i'm sorry for some (or much) write mistakes.
Well i'm playing as GWF a lot of time, and i'm kind of strong now,
Sword master Half orc 19,5k GS
Full Aow set.
10500 power +1350 from set
3800 crit
24% Arpen
1600 recovery + 1350 from set
1250 Combat Adv.
450 control bonus.
115,2 crit severity ( enryes of belial, dancing blade, boons and feats)
critical chance : 61 (44 belt and enchants+off hand +weapon mastery + vicius advantage)
Ok, it's a pretty cool GWF, but here is the problem, vorpal enchantment, I just can't see any difference between vorpal or nothing, actually the damage still pretty similar, IBS our strongest skill, is dealing 120k with no vorpal and 130 with vorpal, this doesn't look like 50% for me.
testing in dummies of pvp room, and DG.
But i know, Gwf damage depends a lot of buffs and use skill at the right time, i know about RI, i know all this thing, actually i read foruns and everything.
So, i did it, 50 times, and i put all results in an excel tab. and guess what?
almost the same damage.
i my mind, critic is damage + %critic severity,
Exemple: NO VORPAL :50k damage( yellow) + 100% severity, equal: 100k if crit.
exemple: WITH VORPAL: 50k damage( yellow) +150% severity. equal: 125k if crit
i mean, isn't there none enchantment, more usefull to buy with 3,000,000 AD?

If you really don't think it's suited for you, a greater plaguefire is comparably cheap and nets a similar dmg increase and benefits the whole party.
but i believe i'm wrong, i need to learn so much about how damage is calculated at Neverwinter.
If you notice this means that each point of crit severity nets you less than the previous (from the previous total that is).
