Melee cooldowns not reducing properly? HR trapper

Since the last couple of days my melee cooldowns are not reducing as usual, my ranged encounters reduce properly (too 0 if i use my melee rotation) but my melee cooldowns usually reduce to 5 seconds instead of 0 like they used to.

I use fox cunning constricting arrow and hindering shot. Anybody else having issues?

    Actually I have had problems the last couple of days as well. I've been doing lots of PK runs so I dismissed it as a performance issue.

    On the advice of another player, I added Disrupting Shot to my rotation (every other ranged) and it seems to have cleared up most of my cooldown issues (unless I mash the buttons :P)

    Sure you haven't made any gear modifications to effect cool downs?

    I had huge problems over this weekend. Not sure if it´s connected to higher lag as well.
