logging in with arc launcher

ok I and my brother use arc to lauch neverwinter on my laptop and for some reason after the update for strongholds we cant get into the game we can log our accounts on then as it loads it crashes so i dont know what is wrong is it a glitch or is the server over its limit?

    It seems to be system wide. Neverwinter triggers a graphics crash on my PC then loads so rarely it's not worth the wait.

    Talking about new lanuchers with recently updated games, Blacklight:retributions new launcher. 1stly F OFF WITH THE LOGIN BULL. 2ndly I think it was fine and I wish to know why they changed it into this sh*t.
