armor pen

My intelligence gives me nine percent I think. So should I take my intelligence and add that number to my armor pen stat? Currently my armor pen is at 19% adding in intelligence 9% this puts me at 28% am I adding that right or do I need to raise armor pen to 24%?

As he said you are absolutely correct. Resistance ignored % plus what you % aftet 10 on int = total resistance ignored.

Only thing to think about, is:

-In mod5 PvE 24% RI(ArP+INT bonus) is the MAX allowed (hard cap) for PvE any amount above that is a waste. Rearrange gear to move excess points to other stats.

-in PvP there is no hard cap.

In mod6 PvE the hard cap is 60%.

yeah - over 24% is currently a waste (think I'm on 24.8% which is about the closest I could get) - I didn't originally know about INT not appearing on the ARP stat sheet so then had to take out a load of Dark enchants from offence slots but guess I'll see what gear I end up with in MOD6 and if they need to go back in.

I've been looking everywhere for this question. My Fury Warlock currently has 22.3% ArP and 9% from INT and someone pointed out that I need to drop some ArP because of INT. That would mean that I have to re-gear due to wearing full Draconic Templar giving my about 700 ArP from Arms and Feet. I would think that when looking at ArP stat it would include Ability Scores in the RI figure. So if my 22% ArP is too high that also means that my 11% Crit Chance from CHA is also not included in on the Crit Strike stat but it looks as tough that IS included under Offensive stats further down as other attributes on Crit Chance  while there is no total stat under offensive for RI.

I guess my actual question is this: Do I need to drop ArP and Crit? Or just Arp? I know that I don't need more than 24% RI but is there a hard cap on Crit?

jonnboii from my understanding their is no hard cap, but their is severe diminishing returns for instance 300 crit increase may only increase your crit .5 or half a percent past 3500. I've had up to 3600 with my pve set and 2900 with my pvp set. If your using a vorpal enchantment in your weapon I'd suggest that you keep atleast 3000 crit or close to 40% total crit chance.
