No seals after exchanges?

I just done the dailes on Rothe valley and exchanged my Symbol Of Lolth for Pegasus seals, even thought it showed me receiving the seals the amount in my inventory stayed the same, I also noticed this when the double seal event was on, I exchanged nearly 500 Dwarf Relics for Pegasus seals but received none, I just thought this was due to the double seal event.

Anyone else suffering from this?
