Issue with Domination/Gauntlgrym..

So you have these players which instead of trying to win the game.. try and get as many points as possible..
for example instead of helping secure point 2 in domination they go for the selfish/safe option of getting points from almost captured point 1..
sure there are times when they are better off grouping with the team then suicide in an attempt to reclaim point 2.. but other times they just think oh I need POINTS POINTS POINTS who cares about winning? sometimes you need to make plays for your team which involves leaving your team to secure a point while you go pressure/capture another point...
then you have those scared crappy team mates which will send 3 people to the first point.. then the fourth thinks "me and him can't capture this point so I may as well go with the other 3" then you have this one guy which didn't even check to see what his team was doing and gets solo killed while his 4 coward team mates capture point 1 and the enemy gains control of their base point + the middle point..
seriously you only need to send 2 people to your base point at max.. the other three need to go fight for the middle point..

Why pray tell is that? Everything I do is after a lot of deeply mindful thought, followed by concise action.
Right now the channel is populated by some very respected and experienced PuG PvP'rs and PvP'rs... that is our starting point.
