Does the control bonus help scoundrel feats?

    Yes and no. In PvE it will help, but the Scoundrel build was once VERY hated. So what happens to despised builds in NW... it got nerfed.
    So it will help to a degree in PvE but not much will help in PvP. Since in PvP the CC is so short-lived that it is more of a nuisance than CC.

    Though the build in PvP is really sweet to play. People do not know how to handle a TR they can see more than they don't see. A Scoundrel by no means can be called a glass cannon... we are more of a seasoned street-fighter.
