Which Artifacts Will Scale To 70 After Update?

I see a lot in-game about some artifacts scaling to 70 and others not. Can anyone let me know which ones will? I'm sure it's a question many will have.

It's just the artifact equipment that will obsolete (belts, cloaks, main and off hands)

I assume that doesn't include all the Tiamat stuff but would include my DC's wisdom belt but not his Lathander's cloak?

Can't you just feed current artifact equipment into the new artifact equipment? If that's the case, you're not losing anything by refining artifact equipment. In fact, it's more effective to do it that way with the 5x bonus.

Yes it includes all current artifact equipment. Yes you can refine those pieces into the new stuff when it comes out but only for 40% of its value. So save your refining for the new items and get the full value for them. It's just a suggestion but I would rather get full value instead of 40%

Even with double refinement it's still only 80%

You won't get full refinement from putting your current artifact equipment piece into the new one. That's what I'm trying to tell you everything you have put into your current piece you are only going to get 40% of it back when you refine it into your new artifact. I'm not saying don't refine if that is what you want to do. I'm only saying everything you are currently putting into into it, you are only going to get credit for 40% of it when you refine that piece into the new one. I personal want the full effect of my black opals and blood rubies. Not just a portion of it.

Yes they will be obsolete, except the Orb that one will level up

Remember, the NEW Artifact Weapons and gear aren't available until LVL 70!
So, keep your Artifact Gear and even keep using unless new greens and blues between lvl 61-65 are actually good...

Don't worry about the snow in the middle of summer. Enjoy the game. You did not have your artifact weapons, off hand, belt or cloak for 59 levels and yet your character is still here. You will still have all that stuff until you get better stuff to replace it.

This info is incorrect for "Equipment"

Equipment gets a 2x bonus for being fed into same type of equipment.

Old equipment fed into new 70 equipment of the same type duting double refinement will net you 75-80% of refinement points you habe put in.

The 5x bonus he is refering to applies to feeding a regular artifact of "power" into another regular artifact of "power"

Leveling regular artifacts this way nets a 400% bonus to RP invested into dummy artifact to be eaten(during dbl refinement)
