Because oft he absence of TR-Guides in the new forum I made one. I hope you will enjoy it.
They call you a joke, weak, pathetic and a noob? They don’t even invite you or ask anymore for their "pretty" dungeon runs because your DPS is too low?
Then you need something new: Karakla's MI-Saboteur Build to max out your DPS! Train your stealth muscles now!

As Passive Powers we use Invisible Infiltrator and Skillful Infiltrator. Our Daily Powers are Lurker’s Assault and Whirlwind of Blades. As At-Wills we use primary Duelist Flurry and as secondary Sly Flourish.
For Mob-Groups we use the Encounter Powers Impossible to Catch, Smoke Bomb and Dazing Strike for Bossmonster with less Trash-Monster you use Shadow Strike instead of Smoke Bomb and Wicked Reminder instead of Dazing Strike.
How does it work?
Our primary goal is it to attack while we are in stealth. This may sound a bit mad because we use Duelist Flurry and Sly Flourish to attack and this mean we lose our stealth after the fifth hit on an enemy. And this is the key!
We are going in and out of stealth as often as we can. With the T6 Feat of the Saboteur Tree called “One with the Shadow” we get stealth every 20 seconds. Normal re-stealth only takes around 10-12 seconds. With the passive power Invisible Infiltrator we get stealth if we start a Daily Power and with the Daily Power Lurker’s Assault we re-stealth pretty quick and get a decent damage bonus.
This means to re-stealth by the basic class mechanics is not really a big deal and to be in stealth grant us with this build some nice Buffs from our feat and even some Buffs if we are running out of stealth and you can build up some nice combos:
If you are fighting Mob-Groups you go in stealth, attack with a Smoke Bomb (which automatically does critical damage because you use it out of stealth), re-stealth (One with the Shadows reloaded your stealth meter and grants your +20% damage bonus) and attack with the Daily Power Whirlwind of Blades and then you attack the group with Dazing Strike out of stealth. At this point Dazing Strike benefits from +20% of One with the Shadow, several feats that give you bonus damage while stealth, automatically critical hit because you was in stealth, damage bonus from Invisible Infiltrator and double amount of power if you hit 5 monsters which can result in +50% damage bonus as well.
This is a great combo against a big monster group, the monsters are constantly stunned while using it and it deals great damage.
If you fight against less monsters or you need to focus against one specific monster you use Duelist Flurry and go in stealth if the Flurry-Part starts. In most cases you produce a critical bleeding instead of a normal one because you were in stealth (which means you hit critical). If you fight against monsters with less than half of their hit points you use Sly Flourish in stealth because the DPS of Sly Flourish is bigger per hit as Duelist Flurry and Duelist Flurry gains 2/3 of his damage from his bleeding and the bleeding damage needs time to drain the monster. So you should only use Duelist Flurry if you know you can flurry it at least 2 times, you can even combine Duelist Flurry and Sly Flourish by simply Flurry big monsters in first place and in the last third of their hit points use Sly Flourish.
If you fight Boss Monster you use Duelist Flurry in combination with Shadow Strike and Wicked Reminder. At best you keep up three stacks of Wicked Reminder (which reload your stealth in combination with One with the Shadow) because this grants you and your group +21% damage bonus and with Shadow Strike you are more often in Stealth.
I use it constantly and can compete with similar equipped CWs and GWFs (I can also simply out DPS them) and can provide also some control for the group and damage bonus (+5% damage bonus from the feat Vicious Pursuit, -6% damage resistance from Sly Flourish and +21% damage bonus from wicked reminder).
I recommend the Lostmauth Set for every Trickster Rogue. It has a really good Set-Bonus and the Stats are perfect. The cape grants AP-Gain which is crucial for this build and the Belt grants Strength and Dexterity. The Artifact itself has Power and Armor Penetration which is nice and control bonus buffs our control ability a bit. The Death-Slaad is a nice addition too.
Platypus wielding a giant hammer, your argument is invalild!

How is this in PvP? If it is different, what would you change?
As Daily Powers i use Blood Bath and Courage Breaker. A Good Combo was to Courage Break a player and stun him, then you have enough time to sink in two Flurrys. Most likely it kills the enemy character. I would recommend to swap Sly Flourish with Cloud of Steel to get Dodgy targets a lot easier by cutting down slowly their hitpoints (if they use up their stamina you can start stunning them and attacking)
I only would use Blood Bath if the target is stunned and can't dodge/block and go in stealth while using it to max the damage. Or use Blood Bath as possibility to block a node against multiple enemys.
This means: Blood Bath -> Stealth -> Smoke Bomb -> Dodge -> Dazing Strike -> Stealth -> Dodge -> Impossible to Catch -> Dodge -> Blood Bath
Easiest way to block a node against 2-3 enemies. They will kill you, for sure but it takes a lot of effort for them and time that your team needs.
Please update your nwcalc page. Only a few powers are selected. The feats seem to be fine.
Are you sure? According to the tooltip the damage bonus applies to the TR only, not to the group.
It would be interesting to know if anyone actually tested this feat.
Do you have any updates to this? If not, I'm going to follow your build as is. I really buy into your explanation.
