Launcher not loading

When i tried to log in today, my launcher wasn't loading. At first i thought it was because of the maintenance, but after the maintenance ended the launcher would still not load so i tried to reinstall the game. Now it gives me this error:

    OK, after a few hours of trying the game finally downloaded, but i was able to enter in the game for no more than 30 secs until i got disconnected and now the same thing, launcher not loading. Am i the only one with this problem?
