error code - can barely make it past CRYPTIC loading screen

This is the error code I get, I went through some of the forums earlier and i see similar problems.. wondering if this isnt a Win10 issue?

though I havent played in awhile, I played before on this same computer with Win8

Also tried the compatibility workaround but to no avail....

please fix this.

This is the same error I'm getting. I just upgraded to Windows 10. Game worked before upgrade, hasn't worked since.
I would guess its an issue with the new DirectX 11.

I get this error message as well & I am Win 7. All graphic drivers are up to date & I have no issues w/ my other games.

Workaround from another user

2. Click "Options" at the upper-right area of the launcher

7. Go to the game's video settings
8. Then select "DirectX9" as your default
9. Exit the game

Worked for me, thanks. I was in early beta and never got to try the Gold product until today, thanks. Dell, Intel HD Graphics, Windows 10 Home.

I was REALLY hoping this would fix my problem but it doesn't T_T
(Crashes on Cryptic Load Screen, no errors or anything saying why)
