Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue Issue

Recently I've been playing with a couple of guild members and they are unable to pull out their merchant it even when there is nothing around or sitting in Protector's Enclave, they've tried to un-equip and re-equip but still are unable to use said artifact. I was just wondering if this is a common problem and if anyone knew how to fix it. Thanks

    Just idiot checking, its equipped into the correct slot?

    I'm pretty sure you can only equip Artifacts into one place and that they can't be used from Inventory. ;)

    Haha, yes it is equipped in the active slot. A total of three of my clan mates are still having troubles with the message "You can't do that right now." Even my Lantern of Revelation wasn't working the other day but somehow it resolved itself.

    To be fair, if they have the catalogue then they are probably on their 1st characters (I made the same mistake).

    I had the same issue until I realised I was hitting the wrong button combo - I got the "can't do that right now" message as I was hitting the campfire prayer combo (can't remember what it's called).

    If it's working now they probably realised (as I did) but are too embarrassed to admit it :D

    I did that too for ages!!! Holding RB + Right on D-Pad instead of B button. Once I found out I felt like a right tool.

    That issue was eventually resolved after a patch I can't remember when, but it was happening across with mains and alts not really sure what the actual cause of the issue was but it was fixed about a week or two later. Thanks for trying to assist though.

    At the time I did suggest they had to have been using the wrong button combo but it did not help, well once again thanks for the suggestions.

    I'm sure they'll be feeding the catalogue into new artifacts now they have the opportunity to correct the previous mistake of choosing it in the first place ;)
