Reasoning: SW has to curse anything before using encounters, when having both TAB ability (80' range) AND Hadar's grasp (80' range choke ability) at the same range, means you will ALWAYS get choked when going against a CW.
Therefore our TAB ability should have longer range so we can buffer our encounters.

That being said, why is our curse mechanic only lasting 3 seconds compared to GF tab Mark mechanic which lasts 20 seconds?
This is odd - I'm pretty sure it lasted until exceeding target count back in mod 5 when I started. Was this another stealth nerf?
Does not apply to me apparently, only drops off when I leave the battle or there aren't any negative debuffs/effects on my character. However if I just curse hostile target and it won't do anything back at me the curse drops off within 3 seconds which never happens in normal situation.
