Linu Favor disapearing

I have sent Tiamat reeling 4 times I have received 4 Linu favours and 4 favours have disappeared from my inventory.

1. Defeat Tiamat
2. get rewards
3. see the favour in my inventory
4. fail Tiamat
5. favour is gone after I zone out from my defeat.

I know where the favour is listed how else would I know that is is there and then disappears did you read my post at all or did you just read the tittle???? I need help on this not advise. This is a major issue I can not earn favour!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot get my off hand etc. This is totally unacceptable and I need it to be fixed now.

As of right now I have 1 linu favours only because I have not gone back to the Tiamat raid. Why bother when I know the favour will disappear after a defeat. I have been out of town for 4 days. I really expected to have an answer by now. Instead I get advise on where to find the favour in my inventory talk about frustrating!!! The fact that I have to come to a open forum to report a major malfunction in the game is absurd. I don't care if it is a bug or a glitch or whatever you wanna call it it is a costumer service issue. I lost favour out of my inventory what the heck can another player do for me? I worked hard so that I could be ready for tiamat. I wanted to take advantage of the event while I had a chance to get good rewards and favour but it is hardly worth it now. How do I know I can get any of the other rewards? What kind of company sends me to an open forum to report a problem that only they can fix?

Yes the only reason I know about this bug forum is because Arc support said it was not their problem and to use the forums. That is why I am so upset here.

I believe it is because very few people are reporting this issue, and so perhaps you didn't actually lose the favor? I do know that some tasks in the ToD campaign do use favors (the very last task uses 1 favor each time you do it). Can you verify that this is not the problem?

I have also been affected by this glitch/problem. I have defeated Tiamat close to 10 times, every time I get a linu's favor with my win, and it has never read more than 1 linu's favor in my currency tab. What is the point of me continuing to defeat Tiamat if I have nothing to gain from it. I have sent a ticket it and they referred me to this forum. My only hope now is that I get my offhand from a drop rather than earning it through linu's favor. I hope that this is resolved soon. Character name: Jaqen H'ghar
