Game Crashes after Intro.

I downloaded NW for the PC/Arc App and every time I TRY to make a new character I can get through that intro movie just fine, and then it crashes right after. I tried uninstalling the update and re-installing it, even uninstalling and re-installing the game, but nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Other Perfect World games load and run just fine on my PC so I don't think that's the issue.

Still no fix to the error, unfortunately. Not having any luck so far.
