Vorpal Enchantment not working

I typed Vorpal in the search and only found the Pure Vorpal thread. Is anybody else having an issue with the Vorpal Enchantment no working? When it is not equipped I am at 82.75 % CS. When I equip it. I am still at 82.75 % CS. I have done it several times and restarted the game. Same thing. Also the Dragon Fury boon is not increasing my CS by 5%. The Squash Soup works and also the Arterial Cut feat is working by 15% when stealth. I opened a ticket and support said to open an in-game bug report. Which I did. I cannot believe I am the only person having this issue. Also this is happening to both by characters.

If there's a problem with the boon, put that in Bug Reports. I don't have a toon with the last two Tiamat boons, but I can definely make one to test this out, but please post in the bug report forum so it doesn't get lost in the noise.
