Cannot log into Preview

My Preview and Owlbear can patch all the way, and it can get past the black loading page. However, once I get to the red Neverwinter page, I get this message from my computer:

Display driver stopped responding and has recovered.

I have tried waiting 15 minutes for it to load, troubleshooting Neverwinter, restarting my computer, and installing over an hour of updates to my computer. Preview still does not work.

How do I log in?

    Did you try during the update was being implemented and is your issue resolved now? I had been able to download the update at one point then got kicked out of game. Please try to verify files if it continues but I had a friend continue to keep getting kicked from Preview. Whether it was map/graphics/or his internet connection to preview, I am unsure. I was stable once in though.
