I know this is not the place for this but its hurting your income so here goes. I moved to different state had to change ISP. have new Email now but cant update it. all the links to help are broken . cant find any help to fix since it keeps me from supporting your game thought I would let you know.

I think this is probably an issue you need to take up with Customer Service. If you have a new email and cannot access your old one, there's really not much the community can do to help:

thanks for the reply I have tried all those links and help sites with no luck many times that's why I posted does not bother me I can still play the game just cant use the features. I try the fixes once a month still hoping, as close as I have gotten was link to support from arc that was broken.
