Stability Artifact for GF

I was looking for a good stability artifact for my GF, to use all of the artifact-stones from dread ring and professions.
So i found the oghma-artifact as good one. But in blue its called "Oghma's Release" and not in the collection. The purple one in the collection is "Oghma's Token of Free Movement". Is it the same? Get Oghma's Release to Oghma's Token of Free Movement if i upgrade it to epic?
Or do you thinks there an better artifact of stability for a GF?
PS. I postet this on the GWF forum before, i know. ^^ In the german forum there are just the baracks for both classes.

Ogma has good stats for GF, both for pvp and pve.
