Sigil of Metallic Dragonborn

So this is probably a really stupid question... I decided to open up a few lockboxes and surprising I won the shiny Dragonborn, however I can't find it. I checked everywhere and now I am starting to question if I imagined this entire thing. If I indeed won the sigil would it be in my inventory? I mean it is so odd, I saw orange and the words Legendary Dragonborn and even saw my name pop up saying I won it....Eep! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I would assume it's unlocked for your account. If you make a new character and you look under the race, I'm assuming it is there.

    I thought this would go to your bag, but if it's not there, and if you can't make a metallic dragonborn, I think you should contact customer service.

    It should be in your bag.. Because you can sell them.

    Assuming you completed the task properly, it should be in your account!

    I'll have to contact costumer service, it's not in my bag. I mean I've purchased a re-roll before so I know how to do that whole process but its not there. Also I didn't really want it so I am hoping it's not automatically added to my account. Thanks everyone!
