Any chance of Harrowstorm ever getting fixed?

It's been broken quite a while now, has any dev even mentioned that they care enough to be looking into this?

    Broken since May 15th, haven't seen any Dev comment about it.
    I do believe in killing the messenger...

    Bump. Hope someone cares soon. Or at least change the tooltip so it reads (useless skill please skip)

    To bad they did not fix it before the NCL, we may have had more than 16 Warlocks doing PvP, during that time"Walks out of room laughing loudly.".

    I may not be considered by most the BEST PVP Warlock on the server but, I am the most HATED amongst them.
