NCL Cloak Reclaim Until 7/23

Just like the title says, due to a few issues, the NCL Cloak will not be able to be claimed until next Thursday.

    What I understand from the title is that there is a time limit to reclaim the cloak, yet you say "the NCL Cloak will not be able to be claimed UNTIL next Thursday." I'm not concerned by this annoucement because I got mine already, but if I were I would be confused by what you said.

    I don't know what the cloak is, I don't know where to get it either

    I didn't get a mount either and I'm pretty sure I was in top 40 warlocks. So yeah anyways...

    SWs got screwed on all sides in NCL.
