Race reroll

So what I'm reading is the race reroll for this game STILL does not work?! Any eta on the
fix!? Was going to purchase the dragon born pack but if it doesn't work I'm not.

    Race reroll on xbox one does work, it was fixed a long time ago now, i have re rolled at least 3 times now

    You are reading wrong. It works fine and has for 2 months. The problem is that players don't know how to use them. You use it from the character select screen and if it is not there unplug and restart your console.

    Ok good. Thanks for the info. So the dragon born pack reroll should work?

    I got dragon born pack a month or so ago and had issues re rolling turned out all was needed was to clear system cache and it worked after that
