I find Echoes of light to be pretty well balanced. I'm a justice healer and echoes works very well in conjunction with judge to keep my encounter abilities flying. Echoes also triggers on encounter abilities as well, not just at-wills, not sure if that's intended or not but that is how it works currently.
Generally there are two ways to make good use of Echoes of light:
1) Be justice specced with high AP gain and fast encounters, because of constant actions and divine calls, echoes helps keep your attacks flowing, without it you can fall behind and run out of divine call charges which then slows down your encounter cycling further. With this setup I am rarely using at will abilities beyond their bonus effects and am pretty much endlessly streaming encounter abilities. This allows me, with constant effort, to keep up the daily "shield of faith" almost non stop in PvE content, which is simply fantastic.
2) Slot 2 long cooldown encounter abilities and one fast cooldown. Use mostly at will abilities to trigger echoes of light and your fast cooldown encounter to keep the long cooldown encounter benefits up pretty much constantly.
ok , thanks , i have take it and it's amazing all my colldown refresh fast , it's very good because i'm gonna to do a special build and it work as intended with what i want to do .
thanks again .
this thing has a bug, basically it has to give you echo when you are using at will attack, then with an encounter, you reset all cooldown but...
For some kind of reason, it resets your cooldown even when you get damage, and you dont have to use any encounter, it does it automatically.
Aura of Vengeance triggers EoL giving insta recharging of all skills and thus we have yet another game breaking paladin bug.
It's one of those things that amazes me honestly. Seeing all these guides these days that are exact copies and clones of each other, and wondering, do they really think it's going to last forever? I know one person says it's all working as intended, but so were Hunter Rangers and Scourge Warlocks at one time to. And considering that the current build of the month for paladins is pretty much the scourge warlock that Cryptic intentionally nuked, I would not expect to be keeping that power around much longer.

Precisely.
These guides are a lot of hard work and I can appreciate what each writer is trying to do. But the nerf-hammer is on the horizon and closing-in quickly. It always seems to take a few months to get a new class on-par to where they want it to be and it almost always involves nerfing, rather than buffing.
I agree that the LIGHT branch of definitely the best right now for OPs. But on my Protection OP I'm still sticking with a 100% Bulwark branch. It may take me *forever* to kill anything but I also am a 10-foot-thick brick wall. I can stand my ground pretty well against most hostiles (I can even solo Zone dragons, except for Whispering Caverns). Muahahah!
Pain givers are pffft, real Paladins are paintakers always asking 'moar, plz?'
Oh I am Bulwark, as my guide suggests, but it's every paladin is Justice because they are abusing a broken mechanic between how Prism works (which is the big offender) and Burning Guidance. It's ridiculous seeing a tank/healer class do as much if not more damage than a well specced and played GWF, and of course I am getting a laugh when people turn around and tell me it's working as intended. Yea, so were scourge warlocks when they could do the same thing. Then not only was TT "fixed" temptation was nerfed into the ground without recompense. So, in short, I really do not believe Prism, Burning Guidance or any of these abilities will be working as they do much longer. Otherwise I want my temptation scourge warlock given back her power.
Of course, you could just read every post we make about Prism and Burning Guidance properly and not just stop at the word 'Prism' and think we're advocating the use of a broken mechanic. But hey, it's just a suggestion. Try reading it again. I know you've somehow become allergic to the word Prism, but give it a go. We might surprise you.

We have looked into reports of players experiencing connection problems and have been unable to identify any server, data center, or client-side issues. We believe this may be ISP related.
Or just accept that even in your own words you've said because how prism does, what was it you said "a million ticks per second" even if it is an exaggeration, trying to pretend that the set up is not broken is just hiding in denial. To pretend to say it's fine, well then I want my temptation warlock restored to her former power, which was on par to your build. But then again, a tank healer combo matching the DPS of high DPS classes, yes, there is a problem then.
See, and this is exactly what I mean with your inability to properly read my posts. When you say I'm 'trying to pretend that the set up is not broken', I just know you don't even read the posts. It was the whole purpose of my previous post to give you a hint at that we know full well it's broken. 'We might surprise you'. Hell, even in my post on Prism and Burning Guidance, I call it 'majorly OP'. And the same goes for Thefabricant.
You've been on this Prism rampage for a while now, while you've time and time again shown you have 0 clue how things work. First you called it fixed, when it obviously wasn't. Then, in you previous post, you pretend it was just a player - in this case: me - which called it WAI, when you full well know I was citing a Dev on that.
I'm just going to straight up ask it: Are you basing all of these opinions on Prism on that single video I posted? That single video with a very specific class setup in the party, that would never be an actual team? The same post I *call* for a fix? Because when you say I outdamage a well-geared and played GWF based on that, I can't but conclude you're just arguing from a point of ignorance. Yes, Prism and Burning Guidance *way* overperforms in some situations, depending on your team setup. But if I would ever outdamage a well-geared and played GWF, that GWF is neighter well-geared nor played. In other words: Doesn't happen.

Actually I go by what the devs say, something you claim, and also it was fixed. The way you use it, is what caused the additional issues with it. So really, you are producing a simple pot and kettle situation at this point. Furthermore if you think it's broken, then why are you going out of your way to try and defend it.
I understand how the power works, and its interactions.
And my exact answer to you on the WAI was, "I am sure that the Hunter Rangers appreciated being told WAI," right before they got that nerf hammer. And frankly, I don't ever put my faith in a dev when they say WAI, especially when something is so obviously broken. Too many times have I heard a dev claim WAI, and only to turn around a bit later for it to be nerfed or completely changed. That's the point you missed because you are making up blind hate and not reading yourself, since my point has been about all of Justice, not just one thing. I think my statements have been plain and simple on that matter.

I mean, my God. You even quoted the post where I'm - once again - stating that it overperforms. Is reading that hard?
