Mr./Mrs. Neverwinter,
Please, for all the money we contribute to your cause, when an update comes out and more breaks than is fixed, yet the Zen market is updated flawlessly...it is becoming insulting. Certainly we desire the fireplague glitch to be removed and archers to not be able to root when the opposition dodges amongst many others, but making an error allowing multiple classes to crash the whole opposing team in PVP with a single ability, or your servers randomly causing player to receive the "not responding" and crashing, then granting us a 30min "que suspension" is becoming quite aggravating.
Please, invest a portion of the vast amount of funds we are paying in a (or an additional) test server(s) and then allow us to help you ensure mistakes are not occurring, we will test it for you for free...open the lines of communication, don't simply state every Tuesday is "a server restart" when magically the game breaks afterwords. Respect your player base, and you will keep us, don't and it will continue to dwindle. I truly desire Neverwinter Xbox to have a long life-cycle, help us make it so.
-Manderake
P.S. Sneaking a 7 day extension today until Tiamiat comes out was quite disappointing, at least allow us to trade in our coins/coffers for Linu favour while we wait to get us a bit closer to that off-hand.

I think they should actually change 'server maintenance' to 'zen marketplace maintenance' from now on
1) Perma-freeze while trying to talk to any NPC in Protectors enclave;
2) New "Client connection error code: dead squirrel" introduced while trying to PvP;
3) Tiamat will give only minor health potions as reward for beating him;
4) Tiamat orb is not even in the loot table;
5) Numerous bugs end freezes when trying to do lower lvl quests;
6) Tiamat raid crashes permanently when someone leaves;
7) New Vote Kick solution: Vote kicks getting interrupted 9 out of 10 times and after they succeed "You will be removed from the map in 5... 4... 3..." for everyone in the group
They will be "looking into it" for another week or two or three. After looking into it they will announce a maintenance which "should take barely 2 hours" but will beat the words record of longest offline since the internet was invented.
But hey, there is a bright side too: you're gonna be able to buy a silver-yellow-golden-blue-grey back bear and ride in circles until you puke.

Besides, do you really want the artist doing the reskinning to be working on code? They may know how to use the graphic tools but not know how to write code.
As far as testing goes for the Xbox, not very likely as the reason I've heard here and elsewhere is that stuff like that would have to go through Microsoft servers and MS is very touchy about what they allow. I can't think of any Xbox game that has an open test server after release. There might be but I don't know any off hand.
