DC & CW Looking for Small Guild

My partner and I play a DC and CW and are looking a small casual group to play with regularly. We always play together (have two Xbox Ones & TVs in the same room) and typically play three nights a week from around 8p-12a PDT. We're easy going, friendly, and courteous... though we may swear a bit during PVP matches. That being said, we both have mics but almost never use them for PUGs.
Our ideal guild would be around 5-15 mature adults who play pretty regular on week nights and whose top priority is having fun. We despise the boot and loot system and don't really want to play with people who abuse it. We want to find a few friends in Neverwinter to develop some strong group tactics for running both Epic Dungeons and PVP matches with.
