Achievements Issue...Dungeoneering, Dragon Master, and Would you look at it?

Dungeoneering, Dragon Master, and Would you look at? achievements are not unlocking or showing status progression.

Anyone know if the Tiamut update resolved this issue? It is not in the patch notes.

Someone official posted in reddit it is not fixed in this patch, but they are working on it.

The scrying stones or journeying icespirepeak isnt popping either
