I have noticed an increase in the cooldown of my encounter powers. My gear has nno changed and all my tests are unbuffed. The cooldown seems to have increased by about a second to a second and a half. Has anyone else noticed this?
same here, i started noticing on pve skills and now the pvp powers i usually use are not reinitializing as they should. I have 4 seconds cd where i should have none as a trapper with cooldown reduction feats maxed.
i think this is some backdoor code changes on the client side vs server side interface.. i notice when i have lag.. my encounter powers do NOT cooldown properly sometimes not at ALL after 1 rotation i switch back and still have almost the FULL time left on them.. and it can sway between SUPER BAD, like that, or where i switch back and it is just 1 or 2 seconds left..
i never noticed it before the patch BEFORE last (when the 50% hp 25% damage and 61-70 xp changes occurred.. that patch), i think we (as HR trappers) notice it the most because we were able to rotate through our encounter powers nearly limitlessly (except for the cooldown bug on powers with charges.. which seems even WORSE NOW)
I was very upset to spend another AD to respec feats, was unplayable but now it works to me again. I started using Stormstep Action (Stormwarden) to improve cooldowns, so i readjusted my build a bit to maximize AP gain. My HR only has Swiftness 5/5 and 3 feats from archer (used to be longshot build but mine is not same build anymore).
