150 renown bags - bugged

Subject: Figurine turned in for 150 renown bags for event rewards. You can not open them, can not discard them, can not sell them, they sit in your inventory and take up space!
Here is emails back and forth with perfect worlds entertainment explaining issue:

Hello,
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your issue. Unfortunately, we were not able to resolve the issue in time, and thus we cannot grant any renown tokens or bags. We wil resolve the issue in a future maintenance, and the bags should be able to be opened the next time the event is run. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I bought these renown bags with figurines on both my characters.
The purchase gives you a bag that you can not open, does not add renown to your total, cannot discard, cannot sell. It literally just sits in your inventory taking up space!
I had hoped this would be fixed without having to put in a ticket. Now 2 days later and already mentioned on several forums there is still no fix.
I would like the throne or at least the renown to use before the vendor goes away and the bags removed from my inventory!
Future maintenance has happened. I still have these 10 bags in my inventory taking up space. Can't do anything with them. The event was a 1 time thing... So maybe they repeat in a year and I can finally have my inventory space back?
